Shipping policy
All goods are shipped via third party couriers and are subject to the applied shipping costs shown for the item. All deliveries are expected to be completed in 2-4 business days, however unaviodable delays from the third party are possible. You will be notified had any additional delays be known after the point of purchase.
Damages: All good must be checked on arrival and signed for as damaged if any issues are found, in this case please take images to show the damages. We will take images of the goods prior to being packed or being collected by all couriers to ensure no losses are accrued by ourselved or you the customer. Any damages found on delivery must be advised to anthony@pevexenterprises.co.uk within 24 hours to ensure any claims can be processed.
Cancellations: All cancellations should immediately be notified to us directly. Had an order be cancelled after it has been shipped then further fees may then apply for the safe return of the goods from the courier.
Shipping Area: We will only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland, European or international requests will be rejected.
